All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless an error has occurred on our end.

Eligible Returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following circumstances:

• You received an incorrect item, or
• The item arrived damaged or defective

Return Request Window
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. All requests must include clear photographic evidence of the issue.
